No synthetic, animal or otherwise organic materials are applied during growth. It is used for multiple household and farming applications and concoctions.

Product Description: Horticulturally this dried herb is commonly used as a source for making "Liquid Plant Food", also referred to as "Comfrey Fertilizer Tea". The product is turned into a liquid plant food by infusing its nutrients into water. The infusion process can take from 2 to 6 weeks.
Plant Food Uses: This product is used on outdoor and indoor plants. It is highly recommended for flowering plants, shrubs and trees.

Comfrey Plant Food (aka: Fertilizer "Tea") a-3
Step 1: DECOMPOSE

Use a jar that has a lid. Fill the jar to 3/4 full with Mountain Fables Dried Comfrey.

Add water to just below the top of the jar.

Cap and label the jar. (1 white / 1 green)

Let the concoction infuse for 2 to 6 weeks,
Step 2: STRAIN

Use a strainer or cheesecloth and funnel to separate the liquid from the plant matter. Place the liquid concentrate in a clean second jar with lid.

Cap and label jar. (1 white / 1 pink)
Step 3: DILUTE

Add water to dilute. 1:10 (1 part Comfrey Concentrate to ten parts water). Always dilute before use.

Cap and label the jar. (1 white/1 yellow)

STORE: Store the concentrate and the diluted liquid in a an air-tight jar. Keep in a cool dry area for several months to a year (may refrigerate if necessary).
