Mountain Fables Shop Hours

Communication is a very important part of Mountain Fables. There is nothing worse, or more frustrating than not being able to contact someone you are doing business with. My goal is to always provide dependable and timely communication.

MESSAGING RESPONSE TIME

1. Messages received after 8:00pm EST will be answered the next morning.

2. All messages sent on Sunday will be answered on Monday.

3. On the mountain cell phone service is virtually non-existent, so I do not carry a cell phone while working in the field. On very busy days when I am out and about I have to wait to get back to the computer to check messages. I make message checks throughout the day and will get back to you as soon as I see your message.
4. The region where MTF, (Ms. J's Mountain), is located has occasional power outages; some weather related, some not. Our electric company works to minimize the duration of each outage as rapidly as they can. When the outages happen the internet connection is lost and may cause a delay in response time.  
5. In all instances just know that I will always get back to you as soon as I are able..
